The role of the IT Audit Manager within the Internal Audit team is crucial as they provide assurance, insights, and proactive control advice to management and stakeholders regarding IT controls, efficiencies, and risks. This position involves participating in audit engagements' planning, execution, and reporting to offer opinions on operational, IT, and regulatory controls' design and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with best practices, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

What you will do as part of the IGM Internal Audit team:

  • Engage in various projects and interactions with Senior Management to enhance your professional experience.
  • Contribute to effective audit planning, execution, and reporting processes to drive business improvement.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated audit team to manage internal audit engagements and risk assessments.
  • Assess and mitigate risks within the organization, ensuring effective risk management practices.
  • Support annual financial audits and operational improvements by understanding IT environments and associated risks.
  • Conduct follow-up reviews on management action plans resulting from audit engagements.
  • Stay updated on emerging information and technology risks and support the Internal Audit function as a trusted business partner.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent, or 5+ years of experience in technology audit or technology risk roles with a strong technical background.
  • Hold certifications such as ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or ISC Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • Demonstrate advanced data skills, including proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
