Here's what we're looking for:
An accounting designation as a recent CPA is essential. You've conquered the exams, and now it's time to showcase your accounting prowess

Familiarity with VBA, Access, or Power BI would be advantageous, but don't worry if you haven't had hands-on experience with these tools just yet.

We'll provide the training and resources you need to excel.
As a CPA, you're no stranger to Excel. You thrive on manipulating spreadsheets, and financial modeling is your jam.
Monthly financial statements, departmental budgets, and year-end audit statements don't intimidate you. In fact, you're eager to dive in headfirst and ensure accuracy and compliance.
You have a solid foundation in general accounting functions, and your attention to detail is second to none.
Strategic thinking is in your DNA. You're excited to contribute innovative ideas and strategies to boost profitability and drive success in the dealership.
You're ready to make your mark by enhancing financial controls, developing policies, and implementing streamlined procedures.
A beacon of trustworthiness and a happy-to-help attitude, you thrive in a collaborative environment. Your teammates can always count on you to go the extra mile, ensuring a supportive and cohesive team dynamic.

But wait, there's more Here's what's in it for you:

A Supportive Culture – We value your expertise and recognize the value you bring as a recent CPA. Join our team and enjoy a collaborative and inclusive work environment where your ideas are heard and appreciated.

Competitive Compensation – We appreciate the dedication it took to earn your CPA, and we offer a competitive salary that reflects your hard work and accomplishments.

Professional Development – We're committed to your growth and development as a professional. As a Controller at SEG, you'll have access to ongoing training and opportunities to expand your skill set.
Work-Life Balance – We understand that achieving balance is crucial for success. With generous vacation time, you'll have the opportunity to recharge and enjoy your personal life.
Comprehensive Benefits – Your well-being is important to us. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health care, dental coverage, and a health spending account to support your overall well-being.
Making an Impact – We believe in making a positive difference in our community. Each year, we contribute to causes such as the Kids with Cancer Society and Go Auto Fuels the Schools. Join us and be part of our giving back initiatives.
Career Growth – We're invested in your long-term success.

At SEG, you'll have ample opportunities for career growth and advancement, allowing you to reach new heights in your professional journey.

At SEG, we're committed to building more than just a job; we're building a fulfilling career path.

During your interview, don't hesitate to ask us about the success stories of others who have thrived in their roles within our organization.
