  • You are an expert in aging and have the credentials to prove it including all things encompassing total health (clinical/medical,
- social, financial, lifestyle, nutrition);

  • You have strong technology experience and have used it to create your own capacity;
  • You have a good sense of when to take initiative and lead;
  • You work well independently, but collaborate well within a team;
  • You have experiences where you advocated for change and challenged the status quo;
  • Experience working with seniors, and/or interest in a career in this sector;
  • You are Passionate about the potential for home care and supporting seniors to age in place.
