About the location:

About therole:

The Overnight Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuringthe highest level of cleanliness.

Hourly Wage: $ $24.00 plus $2 per hour shift premium for overnights.

What you will do:

Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using a dish machine Maintain the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils Maintain the silver polishing program Utilize and handle cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner Sort, polish, and transport silver; designate damaged pieces for repair

About you:

Capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 lbs. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in stewarding or cleaning. Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is desirable. Demonstrates the ability to quickly and positively establish rapport with a positive outlook. Possesses excellent communication skills. Must be available to work overnights. Ability to work in Canada.

Schedule & Hours:

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Overnight Steward to be flexible in working overnights, weekends, and holidays.
