Under the supervision of the Public Works and Parks Supervisor, the Utility Arborist/Gardener IV is responsible for providing Utility Arborist duties as well as all aspects of park maintenance and Landscape Horticulturists.


Essential Qualifications Include:

  • Grade 12 or GED
  • Valid Class 3 BC Drivers License with air brake endorsement
  • WHIMIS
  • Pool Operators Certificate
  • Irrigation Certificate

  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 1 year recent related experience

Rate of Pay:
$36.63 while performing Utility Arborist duties $36.11 at all other times

Hours/Days:
Full-Time Permanent position. Monday

  • Friday, 7:00 am
  • 3:30 pm
