Business Analyst II (1 Year Contract)

As a business analyst II (intermediate), you will analyze business operations, share valuable inputs to your agile team, while providing exceptional change management and creative solutions to problems.

What you'll do:

  • Capture business requirements and technical details from multiple stakeholders for RFP, upgrades, and development enhancements.
  • Document business processes using flow diagrams and use cases.
  • Analyze capabilities of business systems and leverage them to meet business needs.
  • Perform data analysis to identify patterns and prepare metrics.
  • Support configuration of functional workflows in business systems.
  • Identify gaps and risks a proposed solution has on operations.
  • Align business requests with the volume of change impacted business teams can manage.
  • Test new features for alignment with business processes, expected functionality.
  • Gather enduser feedback identifying deficiencies and potential improvements.
  • Run UAT, End to End, Train the Trainer and Go Live sessions to support rollout of new tech.
  • Produce SOPs, FAQs, and job aids where needed to help business adapt to new operations

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience as business analyst. 2+ years' experience using Change Management techniques. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in an agile environment. IIBA certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
