**Responsable Informatique**

Nous recherchons un(e) responsable informatique pour participer activement à la mise en fonction et à la supervision des systèmes informatiques, notamment les ordinateurs, les serveurs, l'équipement de réseau, l'accès à l'internet, les appareils mobiles, les lignes téléphoniques et d'autres technologies.

**Responsabilités**
- Configurer et assurer la maintenance des logiciels et du matériel (ordinateurs de bureau/portables, imprimantes, téléphones intelligents, etc.)
- Collaborer à la réalisation d'activités de maintenance (par exemple, sauvegardes, rafraîchissement du matériel)
- Effectuer le dépannage et réparer les équipements des utilisateurs finaux et de l'infrastructure du serveur et du réseau
- Mettre en place et appliquer des protocoles pour l'utilisation des technologies de l'information dans les différents départements
- Agir en tant que de lien de communication entre les utilisateurs finaux sur place et les spécialistes de l'assistance à distance
- Fournir des recommandations, des conseils et des orientations pour l'achat et la mise en œuvre de technologies de l'information appropriées
- Tenir à jour les licences et les contrats de maintenance
- Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs existants et rechercher de nouveaux fournisseurs au besoin
- Assumer la responsabilité du contrôle des stocks et de l'achat des équipements
- Veiller à ce que les factures soient exactes et traitées comme il se doit
- Collaborer avec les fabricants et les fournisseurs de services pour s'assurer que les problèmes sont résolus en temps utile
- Préparer des rapports réguliers pour la direction

**Exigences**
- Un baccalauréat en technologie de l'information ou en informatique est préférable
- Un minimum de 10 années d'expérience en tant que responsable informatique ; une expérience dans le cadre d'un projet de construction est préférable
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la gestion de réseau et de l'assistance est indispensable
- Une certification en : CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, etc. sera considérée un atout
- Une bonne compréhension des protocoles TCP/IP et de la configuration LAN/WAN
- D'excellentes compétences en matière de communication orale et écrite
- La capacité à identifier les problèmes et à les résoudre
- D'excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais
- D'excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de relations interpersonnelles
- De solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et d'analyse des activités
- La capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, à gérer des projets, à fixer des délais et à respecter les échéances
- La capacité à travailler en équipe, à être à l'aise dans un environnement en évolution rapide et devant l'ambiguïté

**IT Manager**

We are seeking a hands-on IT Manager to facilitate and oversee IT systems which include computers, servers, network equipment, internet access, mobile devices, telephone lines and other technology.

**Responsibilities**
- Configure and maintain software and hardware (desktop/laptop, printers, smartphones, etc.)
- Collaborate to perform maintenance activities (e.g., backups, hardware refresh)
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs of end-user equipment and server/network infrastructure
- Institute and enforce protocols for the use of IT across departments
- Act as a communication link between on-site end-users and remote support specialists
- Provide recommendations, advice and guidance for suitable IT purchasing and implementations
- Maintain licenses and maintenance contracts
- Handle existing vendor relationship and seek out new vendor partnerships when necessary
- Take accountability of inventory control and equipment purchasing
- Assist in budgeting for IT expenses
- Ensure that invoices are accurate and are processed accordingly
- Work with manufacturers and service providers to ensure issues are resolved in a timely matter
- Prepare regular reports for management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an IT Manager. Experience on a construction project is preferred
- Experience in network management and support role is a must
- Certification in: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL, etc. will be considered an asset
- Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both, French and English
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and business analysis skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage projects, set time frames, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as team player, comfortable with fast paced, changing environment and ambiguity
