Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Operate and monitor advanced security systems, including CCTV and access control units.
  • Implement strict access controls and security protocols to maintain safety standards.
  • Employ nonviolent communication and deescalation techniques to handle potentially volatile situations.
  • Assist individuals onsite by providing guidance and support in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Document security incidents comprehensively, ensuring all details are accurately captured for further review.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in security work within highrisk or sensitive environments.
  • Certified in security operations and emergency response, including use of force training courses covering handcuffing, baton use, and arresting/detaining individuals.
  • Exceptional skills in conflict resolution, nonviolent communication, and crisis deescalation.
  • Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond to incidents effectively.
  • Dependable, with the ability to operate independently and within a team under stressful conditions.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
