ABOUT THE ROLE

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Works with project team to test data reporting pre and post system migration
  • Identify, document and assist with the resolution of data reporting errors
  • Ensure deadlines are met for all testing commitments
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Assist with the formulation of actionable process plans to streamline reporting
  • Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
  • Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedure
  • Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System
  • Participate in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is Responsible for notifying immediate Supervisor of any health and safety risks or concerns. Responsible for completing Accident Reports for all direct reports who injure themselves on the job, within 24 hours of the incident.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information and discuss same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel
Job Qualification

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, statistics or data analysis or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years' experience working with complex data sets
  • 1+ years' experience in analyzing and presenting results to stakeholders and clients
  • Data mining and indepth knowledge of Data Science techniques is an asset
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical data is an asset
