Be Our Voice:
Articulate and advocate for Pear Tree School's vision, mission, and values across various platforms and to diverse audiences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current families, enhancing community loyalty.

Drive Digital Presence:
Create engaging content for social media and other communication channels to highlight our programs and student successes.
Represent Pear Tree School at events, engaging attendees and promoting our educational philosophy.

Support Recruitment:
Collaborate with admissions to enhance student recruitment strategies and participation in school events.

Create Impactful Content:
Develop and contribute to blogs, videos, testimonials, and newsletters that showcase the Pear Tree difference.

Foster Community Ties:
Develop partnerships with local entities to broaden our community engagement and educational impact.
Organize events and initiatives that strengthen our school community's cohesion.

A professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or related field.
Experience in marketing, brand management, or public relations.
Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
Social media savvy with a flair for creating compelling content.
An analytical thinker with proficiency in CRM and digital marketing tools.
Engaging school events and community activities.
