RQ Solution Architect - CRM - Senior
Expected hourly rate (Mandatory)
Experience leading the architecture design from conception through implementation.

Inspectorate of Policing (IOP) - Justice Technology Services (JTS) developed and launched a portal for the Inspectorate of Policing (IOP) for public users to submit complaints.

Office of Chief Coroners (OCC) – Develop a CRM solution/strategy for coroners projects like Inquest Management and coroners portals.

Risk-driven tracking database (RTD) - Design and development of architecture and solutions/enhancements for RTD solution that is based on Microsoft CRM dynamics platform.

Work with the project team, support team and partners in extending and enhancing the IOP Portal. Development and Configuration
Architectural and Design Documentation
Experience leading the architecture design from conception through implementation.

Technical Skills
Experience with Agile methodologies

Hands-on, in-depth understanding and practical knowledge of Azure technologies, Microsoft Power Platform (including but not limited to Power Pages, Power Apps, Model-driven apps), .NET, DevOps, and CRM tools like MS Dynamics.

Expert knowledge of developing APIs and web services.
Expertise in the delivery of project and baseline architecture, including Business and Information architecture domains, IT strategies, enterprise architecture principles/methodologies/ Frameworks and guidelines for Enterprise Architecture artifacts/processes
Knowledge of business process & data modeling, analysis, re-engineering and architecture.
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
Preparation of overall architecture solutions, conducting walkthroughs, reviews and assessments, and analyzing the technical and business impact, product integration, enhancements, infrastructure capacity, development and deployment, data distribution, integration and access
Provide advice and recommendations to stakeholders, management, and staff regarding the most effective design, architecture and system implementation strategies, enabling ministry business/programs to achieve targeted strategies and objectives

This is for a Procurement Project Manager. They will need to have strong contract management experience and be able to read contracts and engage with vendors. Experience supporting the analysis and execution of vendor contract deliverables, including change management (RFCs, Change Orders), including writing content and providing advice
Project management
Manage the administration of existing contracts
Manage the processing of project & contract change requests
Support project managers in the execution of procurements and change orders with vendors
Look after Ministry's interests from Legal, privacy and public image perspectives in procurements and contracts
Prepare briefing notes, conduct vendor meetings and liaison with other procurement and legal departments as per the need

Demonstrated experience in financial management of projects involving various financial areas: financial analysis on performance, trends analysis, forecasts and risks.

~ Experience supporting the analysis and execution of vendor contract deliverables, including change management (RFCs, Change Orders), including writing content and providing advice

Knowledge and experience both in a strategic and operational public sector governance models, experience managing complex, multi-unit, multi-stakeholder and multiple levels of public sector executive stakeholder project team, experience with public sector processes and policies, ability and demonstrated experience developing mutually beneficial relationships with public sector entities.

Experience of large and complex projects with over $500 Million budget.
Experience of projects involving, network design, civil structures, user equipment distribution and operations. Experience with projects involving large number of users (over 30,000), meeting their business requirements, training and communications needs etc.
