We are looking for a Parts Counterperson to work in our Sudbury dealership. This is a shift work position required to work night shift every three weeks.


Below are our Parts shift times:8am - 5pm Monday ? Friday9am - 630pm Tuesday ? Friday Saturday 7am ? 12pm4pm ? 1am Monday ? Friday plus shift premium.

The Parts Counterperson sells commercial vehicle and equipment parts to customers over the counter or by phone.

Responsibilities

  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pickup.
  • Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
  • Issue credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified.
  • Participate in all training programs that are made available.
  • Keep current on new products and product updates.
  • Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.

  • High school diploma
  • Six months' experience in overthecounter sales, preferably in a dealership or service setting environment
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
