Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Create digital and print material for marketing and promotion
  • Partnering with advertising vendors, assist with creation, editing and general operation of all webbased marketing sources
  • Create digital and video assets such as VDP, product presentations and "How To" and build digital and print library for marketing purposes
  • Assist with monitoring of marketing campaigns to ensure timely posts that aligns with company and corporate plans
  • Assist in the development and execution of an annual marketing plan (budget allocation, content calendar, etc.)
  • Post articles, press releases, event photos, fun facts, and promotional information in online platforms
  • Update News and Events, staff pages and new job opportunities on Erin Park's website
  • Regular audit of all online properties to ensure accuracy of material and to monitor timeliness of 3rd party vendor posts
  • Monitor any reviews of the Dealership, assist in follow ups and resolve any guest concerns and post replies as necessary
  • Recent graduate postsecondary education/certification in marketing or digital media
  • Some previous experience in marketing will serve as an asset, not required
  • Ability to grasp new/used vehicle knowledge and have an understanding of the automotive business
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A team player
