The Opportunity:



WSP is currently searching for an On-Site Support technician to join our IT team, situated at our office in Mississauga.

What to Expect:

  • Respond to IT incidents and requests at your main office and other locations within the region.
  • Collaborate with different IT teams to ensure swift incident resolution.
  • Participate in office projects and deployments.
  • Help in resolving shared IT services issues and maintaining IT assets.
  • Provide IT support to end-users and contribute to IT documentation.
  • Participate in long-term IT planning.


Your Qualifications:

  • Onsite role requiring physical presence in a WSP Office during weekdays.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in level 2 support.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Passion for IT and ability to manage priorities effectively.

Additional Assets:

  • Degree in computer science or related field.
  • Certifications such as A+, Network Plus, or Help Desk Institute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
