You will have a direct impact on the evolution of our data exploitation tools and platforms.Role and responsibilities:
On a daily basis, you'll have the opportunity to put your analytical skills, creativity, teamwork and sense of responsibility to good use.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
- Understand the various data used in the production of experiment reports and support the team in the production of complex reports;
- Program, develop and generate experiment reports;
- Explain tool concepts to various partners;
- Responsible for prioritizing improvements to reporting tools;
- Collaborate in the development of new disability statistics to meet the interests of major customers;
- Understand and take into account issues and constraints related to our systems and the needs of our clients/partners;
- Support disability case managers in the interpretation of disability report results, when required;
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools and performance indicators for the underwriting team, and maintain tools developed for the call center and claims teams;
- Participate in meetings and projects related to the underwriting team's tool support committee.
Skills and background required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, business administration or actuarial science (other profiles and experience may be considered).
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate proactivity, research numerical analytical problems and formulate concrete, effective solutions / Analytical and synthesizing skills
- Ability to express ideas simply and clearly, verbally or in writing, and to popularize complex information.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work hard to complete them and deliver effective results.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to rapidly develop talents in a context of constant evolution in digital analytics.
- Skill in data manipulation, interpretation and use of SQL, Power Bi and VBA.
- Ability to quickly develop clear, highperformance dashboards, an asset
- Ability to translate business requirements to IT and development teams
