Responsibilities:
  • Manage billing and reporting to meet deadlines
  • Adhere to regulations under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act
  • Ensure timely payment processing
  • Handle collections calls and correspondence
  • Record customer payments accurately
  • Process bankruptcy filings correctly
  • Update customer files for data accuracy
  • Identify delinquent accounts and arrange payments
  • Represent the company with top-notch customer service
Job Requirements:
  • Consumer collections proficiency
  • Billing knowledge
  • Customer service expertise
  • Experience in commercial collections
  • AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Prior exposure to accounting software
  • Ability to analyze and decide on customer accounts
  • 23 years of high volume collections experience
