Our expectations:

The primary function of the Department Supervisor (DS), Installed Sales is to manage the daily operation of installation sales.

Your role:

Supervise and train associatesManage associate performanceEnsure adequate department coverage through scheduling of associatesProvide customers with serviceEnsure products are ready for installed pickup or deliveryWork with the Installed Sales team to ensure any issues (e.g., order product) are addressed, checking status of orders and communicating order status to customersCommunicate sales promotions information to associatesUtilize internal systems and review reports to plan inventory levels, resolve any issues, track orders, manage installation, and retrieve any other necessary informationOperate store equipment, direct phone calls, and execute daily tasks assigned by a manager or RONA systemWork with installers, providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, fulfilling customer requests, identifying customer needs, and handling customer concerns

The qualifications we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of relevant experience in a retail environmentExperience with computer and web-based systems (e.g., email, web-based applications, delivery/scheduling systems, online ordering systems, training)Knowledge of inventory control proceduresAt least 1 year of experience in customer service in a home improvement
