Our mission is to revolutionize the way people connect by providing a user-friendly, innovative, and accessible platform that leverages cutting-edge technology to enhance user experience.

Currently available on iOS, we are planning to expand our technological reach by developing an Android version of the app.

As a CTO of IRLY, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical vision and development of our platform.

This position is ideal for a dynamic, passionate leader with a proven track record in building scalable mobile applications and leading technology teams.

You will work closely with the co-founders to innovate, design, and implement technology solutions that align with our business goals.

Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of the technology roadmap from the ground up, including the strategic development of the Android app.

Manage the entire software development life cycle, from planning and prioritization to design, development, release, and maintenance.
Build and lead a high-performing tech team to deliver on product objectives efficiently.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance standards are met across all tech developments.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and adjust technologies to enhance user satisfaction.
Establish and supervise a dynamic development environment conducive to innovation and high productivity.
Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance within the tech team.
Advocate for and implement data-driven approaches to solve technical challenges.
Direct technological audits and maintain oversight of IT and data compliance measures.

Proven experience as a CTO, Founding Engineer, or in a similar leadership role in a tech startup environment.
Strong background in mobile app development, specifically iOS, with plans to expand to Android.
Experience with Swift , Objective-C, and familiarity with Android development environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, server architecture, and database management.
Adept at handling and directing multiple priorities and projects.
Effective communicator with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Previous startup experience, especially in a 0 to 1 phase, is highly desirable.
