We are seeking a team player who excels in effective communication across digital and event platforms. Our ideal candidate is creative, knowledgeable in digital marketing analytics, and experienced in social media management within a dynamic setting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage various social media accounts like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and more for all Liberty Group venues as directed.
  • Curate content to reflect each brand effectively through images and videos for promotional use.
  • Brainstorm and contribute to marketing materials and strategies for program, event, and initiative promotions.
  • Coordinate and oversee monthly content shoots to align with the brand image.
  • Provide live social media event coverage, including photo and video editing for promotional purposes.
  • Handle media guest lists for events and programs.
  • Manage and update WordPress websites.
  • Design and update various materials such as graphics, flyers, banners, billboards, menus, etc.
  • Create impactful email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
  • Engage in influencer outreach, maintaining relationships and communicating collaboration expectations.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and team members.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Hospitality and Entertainment industry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), WordPress, Later, Canva, and CapCut.
  • Keen eye for videography and photography.
  • Understanding of website design and maintenance.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Efficient management of social media accounts.
  • Graphic Design expertise.
  • Knowledge of email marketing using MailChimp.
  • Organized in handling multiple tasks across various brands.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Strong English writing skills.
  • Full-time on-site position.
  • Openness to work per the event schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry is a bonus.
