Senior Business Analyst – Yardi

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate and document business requirements, processes and business rules to drive business solutionsSupport technology design and re-design activities through interpretation and clarification of business requirements and processes and assess impacts of changes to other functional processes and systemsLead and/or assist with the creation of business cases, ROIs, and other project related documentation, as required, with input from key business stakeholdersInvestigate and analyze opportunities to help improve business efficiencies and maximize use of QuadReal Enterprise ApplicationsFacilitate and/or assist with the system selection process and support subsequent related activities, including implementation and sustainmentCreate, execute, and document test cases/test scripts to validate system changes, and provide framework to support end user acceptance testingCoordinate, support and help business users resolve day-to-day support issues including application software and operational systemsAssist and support project teams and business representatives throughout projectsCreate and maintain user guides, manuals and other related materialsCreate training materials and conduct training sessions

Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a complex real estate services environmentExperience in analysis, troubleshooting, and support of multiple enterprise applicationsExperience with Yardi's Voyager (specifically Investment Accounting and InvestorPlus), Elevate and other applications would be an assetStrong understanding of the real estate business and key business processesDetail oriented with superior documentation skillsExcels at problem-solving and customer relationshipsProven ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships at all levels of an organizationExceptional communications skillsStrong facilitation and collaboration skillsAbility to apply practical business analysis and project management best practicesChange management experience an assetProcess re-engineering experience an assetAdaptable to constant changeAbility to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines, multiple demands, projects and competing priorities.QuadReal Property Group will provide reasonable accommodation at any time throughout the hiring process for applicants with disabilities or for those needing job postings in an alternate format.
