- No scheduled night work; some weekend work.
- Occasional emergency work outside of scheduled hours is likely.

- Some grounds-keeping: mowing, raking leaves, light tree and shrub pruning, weed removal, snow removal.

**Requirements**: A high school diploma. You will often work independently so a proven work history is necessary. This is a physical job so you'll need to be able to walk, stand, climb, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds. Of course, familiarity with power tools is key.

**Certains travaux d'entretien des espaces extérieurs**: tonte, ramassage des feuilles, taille légère des arbres et arbustes, élimination des mauvaises herbes, déneigement. Certains travaux de nettoyage de base du bâtiment : tapis, nettoyage des unités de stockage, balayage. Certains travaux d'entretien extérieur : ramassage des ordures, remplacement des ampoules.
**Exigences**: Un diplôme d'études secondaires. Vous travaillerez souvent de manière indépendante, donc une expérience professionnelle éprouvée est nécessaire. Il s'agit d'un travail physique, vous devrez donc être capable de marcher, rester debout, monter, soulever et porter jusqu'à 50 livres. Bien entendu, la familiarité avec les outils électriques est essentielle.
