They also support and fund the Czorny Alzheimer Centre, along with many specialized community programs for newborns, children, adults and seniors.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will provide strategic leadership for the Foundation's comprehensive financial management and will collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to support the overall mission of SHF.

The CFO is directly responsible for all financial systems and functions of the organization and ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions.

In addition, the CFO will ensure the Foundation's investments are supported through strong administrative infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience at a leadership level, ideally in a not-for-profit/charitable organization or within a health authority.

A University Degree in Accounting or Business or a related field is necessary, and a Chartered Professional Accountant designation is preferred.

This individual must posses a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
