We are looking for a Program Analyst to support Bombardier Programs. Support programs/projects using Safran LS Program Management tools, processess, and best practices.

The Program Analyst support Final Assembly Line matters and will manage, coordinate and support administration and data analysis, along with effective KPI reporting, to ensure successful execution of plans allowing Safran LS to meet program objectives.

Customer focal for all matters concerning the Final Assembly Line:

  • Liaise with the Engineering team to provide repair dispositions (RNC)
  • Liaise with the Operations team to arrange shipping of replacement parts.
  • Arrange Field Service Representative (FSR) support.
  • Managing multifunctional projects within the Integrated Program Team (IPT)
  • Create and manage project work scope and schedules.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Program Manager
  • Support recurring project meetings with the customer
Support Program Managers with additional tasks as required, including but not limited to:

  • Creation/Monitoring of Project Schedules to identify key risks and manage appropriate action plans to address identified risks.
  • NRC budget submissions and NRC cost tracking, and management via Quarterly Budget process and using Earned Value Management (EVM) on a monthly basis.
  • NRC Cost Recovery initiatives
  • One Safran Projects from initial preparation through execution and progress monitoring
  • PROMPT Toll Gate reviews
  • Internal and customer Program Management Review (PMR) presentations with internal crossfunctional IPT
  • Internal meetings, creation associated action registers and issue related minutes.
  • Internal and Customer audit activities as required.
  • Cost Reduction activities and feasibility studies
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Operations Management (technical background would be an asset)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Aerospace or related industry, preferably in a project management role
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification would be an asset
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Good understanding of Manufacturing processes and production flows
  • Good financial acumen is a definite asset
  • Confident selfstarter with ability to work independently
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload, and coordinate several projects at one time with aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and interface with Customers and drive actions to closure.
  • Proven team player with strong influencing and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent customer service skills
  • Operates with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, creativity, and integrity
  • Ability to work onsite when required, some evening and weekend work required

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
