HVAC Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives in the HVAC industry.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and sales tools to support the sales efforts.

Set sales targets and monitor the team's performance, providing coaching and feedback to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.

Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network, showcase products/services, and generate leads.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the senior management team.

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitable margins and favorable terms for the company.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, products, and regulations to effectively educate and advise customers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An engineering degree with HVAC knowledge is a plus.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting techniques.

Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools.

Ability to travel to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and industry events as required.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
