The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for customer service and sales of golf merchandise and services. Our full service golf club offers a championship 18 hole course, cart rentals, lessons and pro shop merchandise. The Pro Shop Attendant

performs a variety of duties including, but not limited to, customer service in the sale of golf services and merchandise, ensuring carts and other equipment are prepared and ready for rental, cleaning and stocking of the Pro Shop and other public areas, and monitoring and dealing with service issues on the golf course.

They will report directly to the CPGA Head Golf Professional as well as assistant managers on site, and working as a key member of the golf course team.

The full-time position will receive 35-40 hours a week while the part-time position should look to receive 20-30ish hours a week.

Employees of the Mountain View Golf Club receive free use of the driving range as well as golf course. Experience with both retail and a background of understanding/playing golf are deemed an asset but not required. Must be able to work evenings and weekends, although can potentially work with other schedules as well.
