Position Overview:


As an IT Projects Manager at Peale Hospitality, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing IT projects within the hospitality sector.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget, ultimately contributing to the enhancement of guest experiences and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT initiatives, considering the unique requirements of the hospitality industry.

Coordinate project resources, including internal teams, external vendors, and consultants, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Management:


Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, to gather project requirements and foster collaboration.

Communicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Technology Implementation and Integration:


Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems and infrastructure, minimizing disruption to operations.


Quality Assurance and Testing:


Conduct thorough quality assurance checks and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet the defined requirements and standards.


Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within IT project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and team members to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance project delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.

Proven experience (10+ years) as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the hospitality industry or related sectors.

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and strategic thinking.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
