Receptionist/administrator

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company and its services
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports
Support other departments with various administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
