Cardiac Technician

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for EST / Holter, ambulatory BP monitoring, explaining the process and ensuring their comfort
- Attach electrodes to the patient's chest, arms, and legs to capture electrical signals from the heart
- Operate Exercise treadmill and monitor the quality of the recordings
- Recognize and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the test
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret ECG results and provide necessary information for diagnosis and treatment
Experience:
- Previous experience as an ECG Technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology
- Knowledge of different types of ECG tests, including stress tests and Holter monitoring
- Proficiency in using ECG equipment and software for data analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow procedures and protocols
