Service Lane Assistant - Capital Ford Lincoln - Regina, SK
The Service Lane Assistant is responsible for the efficient, customer-focused operation of the dealership's service drive.

They are responsible for helping to ensure maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationships, setting and obtaining sales objectives and maintaining service records.

The Service Lane Assistant is responsible for ensuring a customer experience that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index and for monitoring and improving customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties:

  • Dispatch pick up delivery drivers for multiple stores
  • Monitor shuttle drivers and work to coordinate guest rides.
  • New sales customers brought to service for greeting/info on service dept and what we offer
  • Greet customers as they arrive at the service department. Ensure customer experience exceeds expectations.
  • Prepare invoices as required for when customers are picking up their vehicles.
  • Cashier duties as required.
  • Weekly reports to be created for open repair orders and given to Management.
  • Work directly with Service advisors to ensure all guest needs are met.
  • Check in new vehicles as they arrive from the carrier, documenting any damage and reporting to Ford of Canada and Carrier.
  • Contact customers about part arrivals to dealership, booking appointments for them
  • Maintain a professional appearance including proper hygiene.
  • Drivers license required moving vehicles, driving customers vehicles into drive thru etc.
  • Expedite vehicle repairs thru body shop
