VRIFY is seeking a Strategic Advisor who will work closely with mineral exploration and mining companies' senior executives to:

  • Evaluate and extract the most compelling elements of their stories from a capital markets perspective,
  • Work closely with them to translate those stories into powerful VRIFY presentations and,
  • Integrate their VRIFY content and investor toolkit across their entire capital markets and investor strategy.

In this role, you'll leverage your industry experience to partner directly with senior level executives and technical specialists from client companies and our internal teams to craft and deliver timely and compelling representations of their stories on the VRIFY platform.

You'll work closely with these clients to ensure they have incredible content to share and know where in their investor engagement strategy it will have greatest impact.

You are a futuristic thinker and strong communicator who can juggle multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.

You're driven to confidently collaborate with senior mining executives, industry experts, investment banks, investor relations firms and VRIFY's internal teams to deepen your knowledge of new domains and technologies.


You should have:

- +5 years experience in the investment landscape of mineral exploration/mining, must possess a strong knowledge of capital markets, will be working closely with clients to advise them on how to make the most out of their VRIFY engagement

  • Experience working with at an investment bank on the banking, research or sales teams or at a mineral exploration/mining company in a corporate development, business analyst or investor relations role
  • A passion for driving value and delivering exceptional client experience across a diverse group of client stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Mature, confident and sensitive to the needs of clients (internal and external) of all abilities.
  • Elite level decisionmaking, multitasking, verbal/written communication, and analytical skills.
  • A strong drive for continued learning and growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze/research and provide critical feedback on the the storyline and communication strategies of new clients
  • Present briefs/storyboards around which VRIFY will build out the client's content
  • Support the successful launch and ongoing engagement of VRIFY clients by overseeing and delivering multiple customer content projects in parallel
  • Deliver a "consultant" perspective on building VRIFY content through the launch process.
  • Facilitate content review sessions with clients, document and action feedback
  • Resolve issues by making timely, quality decisions or escalations.
  • Gain and maintain an expert understanding of VRIFY's suite of products as well as best practices in our clients' industry.
