This position is responsible for supporting Corporate Programs pricing analysis, special projects and reviewing markets trends to produce profitable Global Corporate program contracts.


The Corporate Programs Senior Analyst reports directly to the Manager, Corporate Programs and Pricing, and accurate analysis to support corporate pricing strategies, new contract forecasting for higher Revenue and Market Share retention and performance.

This role is responsible to drive high performing corporate programs service level delivery, and profitable Global Corporate contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and deliver all current Corporate Data collection, integrity, and data assessment in new systems for booked, ticketed, or flown data
  • Produce the expansion of pricing & processes for all Corporate Sales in North American and International in Salesforce, and all Corporate Data Sources, including PowerBI.
  • Work closely in a task force developing strategies for shortterm deliverables of the JV interconnectivity project
  • Ensure the development of the shortterm and future pricing engine and contracting 2.0
  • Engage with his/her manager with strategic projects designed to optimize corporate revenue and acquisition of incremental business
  • Develop and implement profitable corporate contracts/pricing initiatives for full network joint venture accounts to protect and grow $1.4 billion
  • Monitor, analyze and respond to competitive discount initiatives in response to various market activities to deliver the Corporate Sales objectives
  • Implement changes to existing contract structures and cost strategies to drive incremental revenues
  • Review the AC Amenity Tool between sales managers and Joint Venture partners
  • Interface and coordinate with internal AC revenue management and other JV contract management teams to set up joint discounts and strategies in the marketplace
  • Supply indepth analytical strategies for the Corporate Sales Managers and ad hoc reporting for executives and crossfunctional teams
  • Cross-Functional and working closely with the Corporate Programs implementation team

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, and/or equivalent experience needed. Studies in mathematics, economics or statistics would be an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial sales experience, in a similar capacity
  • Strong analytical skills when dealing with complex data and industry information.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills used to recommend and implement effective solutions.
  • Advanced understanding of the airline industry and current corporate programs processes
  • Proven ability to effectively implement new processes.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver quality results in a timely manner.
  • Proven experience in report design, data manipulation and timely delivery
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills clear and concise
  • Proven ability to quality check and validates facts, figures, and feedback.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and develop flexible approaches to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, or other CRM tools
