Great news We're currently seeking a Project Manager to be based at our Mississauga, Ontario office.

Job Summary
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of physical security software solutions.

You will work closely with a team of software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure that project requirements are clearly defined and documented
  • Manage project risks and issues, and provide solutions to mitigate them
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver projects ontime and within budget
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management methodologies
  • Coach and mentor project team members to ensure their success
  • Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in managing projects and/or teams
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Experience with physical security software solutions is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and project management tools
