Hi there My name is Newton Zheng, and I have been running an impact-driven business in Toronto, Canada for the past 7 years.

Essentially, I help marketing agencies to leverage proven lead generation systems so that they can acquire new customers without paid ads or referrals.

We do this through our flagship, 3 month Agency Success Accelerator coaching program. Our program comes with 3-4 weekly coaching calls and various modules. We are one of the FASTEST growing coaching programs for marketing agencies.


As a client success coach, this is a rewarding role since it's different from the "typical client success job" or office role.

This is not just responding to client requests. You will actually be coaching and teaching our clients.

You will be meeting with our clients as they go through our coaching program, to ensure that they follow through and make good progress.

Personally, I find this really rewarding because I get to coach a marketing agency from start to finish, I can see where they started and the direct impact that I made through the insights that I shared with them.

My vision is to be a purpose driven company that gets results. I want to help companies to thrive online in the next 12 months and beyond.

I would like to use the profits to give back to the community.

My personal goal is in the next 20 years, I want to help solve poverty in a 3rd world country.

So when we cross $1 million in revenue, I want to help fund a large community project. We're on pace to cross $1 million in 2023.

We're scaling fast to become a $10+ million a year business and you get to be at the forefront of that growth.


I'm also a strong man of Christian faith and in all things I strive to love God and love people.

I am looking for a loyal, driven, hard-working team member who is willing to go the distance with me, and work for 1, 2, or even 3 years+, and who truly believes in my mission.

So now, you might be wondering: What is the job?


Since you will be my client success coach, you have a very important role in communicating with our coaching clients to help them to implement the things that I teach in my coaching program so that they get the best results.


You will be doing a number of things:

  • Onboard new coaching clients to ensure they have access to the membership site and they have access to all the support channels
  • Determine more ways that we can get even more results for our coaching clients, to speed up the implementation timeline so that clients can implement what we teach faster
  • Learn from Newton on the various lead generation and agency strategies that Newton teaches in the coaching program, and always be up to date on any new trends and strategies in lead generation for marketing agencies
  • Your role will constantly be changing. As the company grows, you may have to lead a team of employees, and take on more and more leadership roles. Overtime, you may even grow to become my Head of Client Success and lead a team of client success coaches. Your compensation will continue to grow exponentially as you take on more responsibility. A big part of this job is to stay on your toes, always ready for action and change.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Be able to teach clients to help them implement concepts that they learn from my coaching program. You like teaching and helping people, and seeing them succeed
  • Great with people, you are able to build strong client relationships
  • At least basic knowledge of cold outreach to be able to answer client questions and provide client updates
  • Reply to support chat questions
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Be able to have meetings with my clients between 8AM 5PM Eastern Time from Monday to Friday
  • Passionate about client acquisition and marketing
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Be willing to continue to learn and adapt
  • Ideally have experience working with an agency or coaching environment already (ie. another agency that does lead generation, another coaching program)
  • Experience teaching or coaching people in the past (ie. it could be when you coached on a sports team, or when you taught in a tutoring role, or when you led a team and you had to teach team members something)
  • Good copywriting skills (can be writing content, ad copy, etc. This skillset is transferable in lead generation)
