Overview

  • The Order Operations Specialist ensures the proper processing of orders validated by the sales department, the purchase orders and delivery from the supplier and the billing of the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check the conformity of the orders with internal procedures (Amount, Discount, Mandatory indication, Legal compliance)
  • Process order through our internal system
  • Check customer delivery
  • Customer billing
