We're on the lookout for a strategic, creative, and organized Marketing & E-Commerce Copywriter to join us and contribute significantly to our ongoing success. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Merchandising teams to redefine our brand voice across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing compelling narratives, enhancing our brand personality, and creating engaging content for our e-commerce and advertising channels.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the brand voice for all written communication, ensuring consistency and captivating storytelling.
  • Transform technical garment information into enticing product descriptions through collaboration with the merchandising team.
  • Employ a consumer-centric approach to copywriting by amalgamating customer persona, brand voice, and SEO practices.
  • Manage the American Tall blog for men and women, oversee content creation, and ensure content alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Gather insights on products, consumers, competitors, and industry trends to provide valuable recommendations.
  • Create compelling copy for various mediums, including emails, ad campaigns, and social platforms.
  • Maintain high editorial standards by editing and proofreading content.
  • Contribute to brand guideline development and cross-functional tasks as required.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by effectively engaging with diverse personalities.
Experience, Education & Designations
  • Degree or diploma in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Marketing, or Communications.
  • 3-5 years' copywriting experience, preferably in a digital setting.
  • Prior experience in fashion e-commerce, editorial, or marketing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in SEO and keyword research, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of time-management tools like Asana and Airtable is a plus.

  • Strong creative and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management abilities and a knack for meeting deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in social media platforms.
