We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an Account Manager with an extensive sales background, ideally in IT Staffing/Consulting or experience selling other IT Services.

This is a full/time, permanent position, on-site Tuesdays and Thursdays in our Mississauga office.

UNCAPPED annually, directly dependent on sales performance

Commissions:
Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Role Overview:

Seeking a driven and resourceful Account Manager with contacts and accounts to call upon for new opportunities, build new clients and leverage (Systematix) relationships to re-engage dormant accounts; requires direct client engagement and complex negotiations.

You will partner with our experienced team of best-in-the-industry recruiters and consulting resources to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
Lead the sales process from prospecting to close, focused on relationship building.
Presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our services.
Maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring diligent follow-up and relationship management with prospective and active clients.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to align client service delivery with sales objectives.
Work with Bid Team for the delivery of Tenders and RFP's.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:
Demonstrable accomplishments in selling IT Services; Staffing or Solutions preferred.
Impeccable communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
Able to perform independently in a remote setup with superior time management skills.
Experience using CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Post Secondary Degree or Commensurate Experience - or just really smart and capable.
Excellent Communication and Interaction skills, both written and verbal.

This is a Full/Time, permanent position, on-site two days per week
