Analyste, contrôles financiers et gouvernance

Relevant du gestionnaire des contrôles financiers et de la gouvernance, vous supporterez le processus de certification et la revue d'accès aux systèmes d'entreprises des utilisateurs. De plus, vous serez aussi impliqué(e) dans le programme annuel de validation des contrôles internes sur l'information financière (CIIF), y compris la documentation, la formation et les tests de contrôles. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les différentes unités opérationnelles, les fonctions de l'entreprise et l'audit interne et l'équipe.
Ce rôle supporte autant à la remédiation des déficiences qu'à des projets d'améliorations. Au sein de l'équipe contrôles financiers et gouvernance, vous relèverez de la Directrice, contrôles financiers et gouvernance et vous aurez à:
Émettre des recommandations à la direction et effectuer des suivis sur les déficiences identifiées lors des audits;
Assister la direction dans la résolution des déficiences et l'amélioration de l'environnement de contrôle.
Aider l'équipe à fournir une formation aux unités opérationnelles et aux fonctions corporatives sur les politiques, processus, risques et contrôles financiers; Participer à des projets spéciaux avec différentes équipes (IT, Audit interne, équipe Transformation) pour améliorer la fonction finance.

The finance organization must be agile and dynamic to support its business partners as efficiently and effectively as possible. The team is growing and transforming, and we are looking for highly qualified and talented people to accompany us as the organization grows, and the Analyst, Financial Controls will play an important role in this.
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Controls and Governance, you will support the certification process and the review of user access to systems. In addition, you will be involved in the annual Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) validation program, including documentation, training and testing of controls. You will work closely with the various business units, corporate functions and Internal Audit.
This role supports both remediation of deficiencies and improvement projects. Aa a member of the Financial Controls & Governance team, you will report to theDirector, Financial Controls & Governance and be responsible for:
Participate in Internal Control mandates;
Issue recommendations to management and follow up on deficiencies identified during audits;
Assist management in resolving deficiencies and improving the control environment.
Assist the team in providing training to business units and corporate functions on financial policies, processes, risks and controls; Participate in special projects with different teams (IT, Internal Audit, Transformation team) to improve the finance function.
