General Labourer
Crosslink Laminates Inc. is a family operated, fast growing company. We manufacture a variety of fiberglass parts and ship around the world.

Position is permanent and full-time hours are Monday - Thursday 6:00am to 3:30pm; Friday 6:00am to 10:00am, with some overtime if needed.


We are seeking a general labourer with attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and follow through when given detailed instruction.

Primary responsibility will be assisting in closed and open molding departments.

You will be part of a team that builds a variety of fiberglass parts and will assist either the project manager with infusion to make specialty parts or the production manager in the open molding department.

Will sometimes be responsible for other aspects of fiberglass work including trimming, sanding, and finishing.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet daily production team quotas in either closed or open mold departments.
  • Assist project or production manager in whatever capacity is required.
  • Work with a variety of resins, chemicals, fiberglass, vacuum pumps, and specialty tools.
  • Ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand for the day's production.
  • Keeping the factory floor neat and clean.
  • Assisting in the rollout process of laminating.
  • Trimming fiberglass parts using pneumatic tools.
  • May use forklift for moving objects or offloading inventory from trucks.
  • Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment and practising safety procedures effectively.
  • Ensuring physical working spaces meet and exceed company health and safety standards.
  • Oher duties as assigned.

  • Detailoriented, organized, selfmotivated, efficient, willing to learn, effective communication skills, responsible.
  • Pleasant with others on the job and displaying a goodnatured, cooperative attitude, establishing, and exerting effort toward mastering tasks; a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
  • Creative and artistic abilities an asset.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and be on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Fiberglass and forklift experience an asset.
Will require steel-toed work boots, we supply all other Personal Protective Equipment including a respirator when required.

Starting wage is $20 per hour. We provide a learning environment, so it is essential you are a good communicator.
