Catalyst Glass and Aluminum Ltd. is looking to add some skilled glazier apprentices to our crew. We are looking for hard working, driven individuals who want to learn the correct way to do things.


If you like to work hard, challenge yourself, and always push the bar higher for production, we have a job for you.

We are a small, but steadily growing company with many large high profile projects starting up in the new year.


Required Skills:

  • Winning attitude, no ego
  • Im looking to hire people with some knowledge of the trade, but also who want to be taught
  • License, Vehicle
  • All mandatory PPE for a job site (Steel toes, Visivest, Hard hat)
  • Showing up, on time
  • Can not stress how important this is
  • Ability to comprehend drawing details, ability to use the legend to navigate the drawings to find specific details
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
  • Possessing own tools is an asset
  • Boom lift/Fall protection training a huge asset
  • Familiarity with building membranes, sealants, job specific fasteners etc.
  • Follow directions and retain information, the only dumb question is a question asked ten times
We like to enjoy ourselves at work, creating a friendly work environment, while still having fun and joking around. We maintain a hard push from start to end to finish jobs on budget and under hours.
