Negotiate with customers to retain their business through phone calls or emails

  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions and re-educate customers on the value of our products
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Must have experience in a target-driven call center environment; Ability to work fulltime in our Pickering, ON office

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, rotating schedules 9AM - 5PM and 11AM - 7PM; every other Saturday from 10AM - 2PM
