Hours:
We are looking for a part-time or full-time member to join our overnight shuttle team.

Shifts:
Must have flexible availability. Schedule will primarily consist of overnight shifts, however additional evening availability is also an asset. Overnight shifts are 10pm to 6am.

Experience/Skills:
-
Valid class 4 license is required, with a clear driver's abstract
:

  • Previous transport experience, with hotel shuttle experience being an asset.
  • Ability to assist guest's with loading and unloading their luggage (up to 50lbs.)
  • Great customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, with good time management skills.
  • Able to adapt to different situations, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and provide the best experience possible to our guests

Duties:

  • Pick and dropoff hotel guests at the Calgary International Airport, and local hangars.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle, inside and out.
  • During slow times, assist with public area cleanliness and house person duties.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks of the shuttle bus.
  • Assist with guest requests and questions.
  • Resolve guest issues to the best of your ability.
  • Ensure a professional and friendly manner at all times.
  • Communicate efficiently with all other hotel departments.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel and our services.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.
  • Assist with sanitizing public/staff areas, as required.
Other duties may be required, and can be expanded on during the interview process.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 16-32 per week

Salary:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
