Cultivation Technician

Adecco is currently seeking multiple full-time Production Associates in Tiverton, Ontario for our client specializing in the Cannabis Industry. Work together with a team to carry out various tasks in cultivation, harvesting, trimming, and packaging.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $17/hour
• Location: Tiverton, ON
• Job Type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Care for plants from clone to harvest daily
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility in the production area consistently
• Weekly sterilization of equipment and infrastructure
• Efficiently harvest and repopulate rooms
• Follow SOPs for regulatory compliance
• General maintenance of tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively in warm conditions
• Handle disinfection chemicals
• Moderate computer skills required
• Troubleshoot equipment when needed
• Follow instructions and show initiative
• Comfortable with variable shifts
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Clear criminal background check
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Consistent high-quality work
• Flexible and willing to take on any task
• Minimum age of 19 for Cannabis Industry work
• Required PPE: safety shoes
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and reside there
