Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House is a growing breakfast/lunch chain that is looking for a
Busser as we continue to expand and grow.

We are hiring for the following location:

844 Niagara Street, Welland, ON L3C 1M3

Specific Skills:

  • Physical Stamina
  • Bussers work long shifts on their feet, often carrying heavy trays of dishes and silverware, so they need a high level of stamina


 Time Management
  • Bussers also need strong time management skills to prioritize their duties and maintain the dining room's flow of customers


 Teamwork
  • They often work with servers, dishwashers, bartenders, and hosts, so bussers need strong teamwork skills


 Customer Service Skills
  • Bussers don't interact with customers as much as servers, but they should still have some customer service skills and be able to positively represent the restaurant


 Cleaning Skills
  • They maintain clean tables within the dining room, so bussers have solid cleaning skills and understand the restaurant's presentation standards

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience required for a minimum of 6 months 1year experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Communication skills

Work Setting:

  • Restaurant

Work Site Environment:

  • Noisy
  • Hot

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Fastpaced environment
  • Physically demanding
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Ability to Supervise:

- up to 10 people

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$15.50-$16.00 per hour
