Senior Operations AnalystLocation: Mississauga, ON (Flexible Remote Work Available)

Brand Momentum is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. This full-time position, based in Mississauga, ON, offers the flexibility of remote work. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Dashboard Development: Design and create dashboards, scorecards, and trackers using POWER BI.
  • Data Administration: Work with the IT team to convert business requirements into Natural Insights (NI data collection).
  • Process Automation: Improve and automate database and data collection projects.
  • Project Support: Aid in project launches, oversee hardware support requests, and manage post-production activities.
  • Data Analysis: Generate and execute SQL queries for current datasets and dashboards to meet project and client demands.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Ensure daily updates for all production dashboards and enhance them as per new requests from internal and external teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Take part in client and internal meetings, offering technical, operational, and data solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in Divisional/Departmental team meetings and regional committees to represent divisional interests.
  • Project Management: Utilize organizational, time management, continuous improvement, and problemsolving skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Support: Act as a reliable source of information and expertise for internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis or a related role.
  • Strong Power BI developer skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proven proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is beneficial.
  • Preferred experience in the retail or marketing industry.
