Responsabilités principales

  • Effectuer les coupes de viandes et de volailles
  • Préparer les viandes pour la vente
  • Vérifier et maintenir une température adéquate des réfrigérateurs et des congélateurs
  • Nettoyer les outils de travail et assurer la propreté de son poste de travail
  • Nettoyer la chambre froide à la fin de la journée
  • Respecter les méthodes de travail et les règles établies
  • Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de salubrité
  • Respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité
  • Faire tout autres tâches connexes

Exigences du poste

  • Expérience en commerces de détail (département de viande) serait un atout
  • Disponible pour les horaires souples (Incluant les soirs et fins de semaines)

Profil recherché

  • Travail d'équipe et service à la clientèle
  • Avoir le désir d'apprendre et habiletés à travailler rapidement et sous pression
  • Capacités à soulever les charges (40 lbs) et à travailler au froid
  • Bonne connaissance du Français (Le bilinguisme sera un atout)

We are looking for butchers who are ready to take on new challenges for our new warehouse located at 5150 rue fairway Lachine, Qc H8T 1B8. The Hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 45 hours per week.

Main responsibilities

  • Cut ,debone and trim meat and poultry
  • Prepare and package meats for sale
  • Check and maintain proper temperature of refrigerators and freezers
  • Clean the work tools and ensure the cleanliness of his workstation
  • Clean the cold room at the end of the day
  • Respect established working methods and rules
  • Comply with hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Comply with health and safety standards
  • Do any other related tasks

Job requirements

  • Two years of experience in the Meat department
  • Good knowledge of French (Bilingualism will be an asset)

Required Profile

  • Available for flexible hours (Including weekends)
  • Sense of organization and priority management
  • Teamwork and customer service
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • Ability to lift loads (40 lbs) and work in a cold environment

Job Types:

Salary:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour
