Wine Merchant

As a
full time Wine Merchant/Key Holder you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional customer experience. Engaging the customer from the moment they enter the store to their lasting impressions.

Your role:
- assist in product selection and provide knowledgeable information on food pairings

• Opening and closing of the store
• Point of Sale (POS) as required including sales reconciliation
• Merchandising
• Execute all marketing and operational programs
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Must be available to work evenings and alternate weekends.
• Steel toe shoes required.

Must Bring:

Keyholder retail experience, minimum 2 years:

• 
  Previous wine, beer and spirit knowledge will be considered an asset:

Smart Serve Certification or willing to obtain:

• Strong communication skills
• Positive and outgoing attitude
• Ability to sell and cross sell products
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
