Do you possess industry expertise in the realm of E-bikes or outdoor furnishings, enabling you to navigate the peaks and valleys on the path to triumph?

As we venture into fresh and stimulating sectors, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Inside Sales Account Representative who is driven by results to join our team.

This position will directly report to our Sales and Marketing Manager.

Full-time position with standard business hours (8:30 am - 5 pm).
Comprehensive medical and dental coverage.

Strive to meet or surpass KPIs and sales objectives while forging enduring connections with clientele in the E-bike and outdoor furnishings sectors.

Comprehend company goals and pinpoint fresh business prospects to propel E-bike and outdoor furniture sales in alignment with the approved strategic blueprint.

Attain revenue and profitability targets by broadening sales volume and product assortment, and staying abreast of market dynamics, emerging trends, economic indicators, and competitive tactics.

Effectively employ provided marketing resources to amplify product visibility, bolster sales, and foster growth initiatives.

Foster the companies standing with bicycle shop and outdoor furniture proprietors/managers by formulating and executing business plans and tailored account strategies.

Maintain precise records of all sales and prospecting endeavors using our ERP System for streamlined management.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to devise growth strategies and draft actionable plans for implementation.
Regularly furnish progress reports on sales and account development undertakings.
Demonstrate exemplary technical selling prowess and elucidate product benefits using manuals, literature, videos, and other accessible resources.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and other sales-related engagements.

Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated B2B sales experience in a hunter role, actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Prior involvement in the fitness center, bicycle, outdoor furniture industry.
Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets in a competitive setting, ideally within the bicycle sector.
Thorough grasp of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.
Willingness to travel nationally to pivotal accounts as required.
Valid driver's license is a prerequisite.
