Responsibilities:

Plan and implement effective tutoring sessions that address the individual needs of each student
Develop and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments that align with the high school biology curriculum
Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their understanding of biology concepts
Complete regular session reports to keep parents/guardians up to date on progress and ensure that students are meeting their academic goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology or a related field
Teaching certification or previous teaching experience in a high school setting is preferred
Strong knowledge of high school biology curriculum and content
Experience working with high school students
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop effective lesson plans and assessments
