Description du Poste :

Le/la Délégué(e) Commercial(e) BT est responsable du développement et de la gestion des relations avec les clients corporatifs. Nécessite une expertise dans la vente et la négociation, l'analyse de chiffres et tendances. Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients corporatifs dans le secteur du voyage d'affaires. Entretenir et développer des relations solides avec les clients existants, en assurant un service client de qualité et en répondant à leurs besoins spécifiques. Collaborer étroitement avec le service des ventes pour maximiser les opportunités de revenus. Élaborer des offres commerciales & négocier les tarifs, les contrats et les conditions avec les clients en s'adaptant aux besoins des clients corporatifs tout en appliquant la stratégie de l'hôtel. Suivre les tendances du marché et ajuster les stratégies de vente en conséquence. Veille concurrentielle. Préparer des rapports de performance des ventes et d'actions Analyser les données et les tendances pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et recommander des actions correctives si nécessaire. Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de l'hôtel (ventes, marketing, réservations, etc.) pour assurer la satisfaction et la fidélité des clients corporatifs. Collaborer avec l'équipe des vendeurs groupes et CSM afin de développer des partenariats tout segment avec notre clientèle existante.

Compétences Requises :

Bilingue Français/Anglais Expérience dans un rôle de vente, de préférence dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie ou du voyage d'affaires. Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. Forte orientation client et sens du service. Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à respecter les délais. Connaissance approfondie du marché du voyage d'affaires et des tendances actuelles. Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion des ventes
