Your days will include:

  • Working with vendor statements and reconciliations of accounts
  • Support work for Accounts Payable
  • Scanning and online filing
  • Correspond with external vendors and various internal parties and respond to inquiries
  • Working with vendor invoices to push PDF documents into an online data base
  • Other duties as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctual
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience in an office setting or accounting an asset
